Selected context conversations
Bring one repository, one real task, and the history the agent usually misses.
We are looking for a small number of technically engaged teams willing to evaluate whether evidence-backed context materially changes an agent’s implementation plan.
A good fit
Test the thesis against a meaningful code boundary.
- a TypeScript/JavaScript repository or monorepo with meaningful Git and GitHub history;
- engineering rationale distributed across pull requests, issues, reviews, tests, incidents, or prior agent sessions;
- a concrete agent task whose plan may improve with cited historical and architectural context;
- tasks or documentation that become stale when code moves or contracts change;
- an engineering owner willing to review evidence quality, false associations, missing context, and token usefulness;
- clear authorization to use the repository and its collaboration history in the evaluation.
What the evaluation should answer
Did the context change the plan for the right reasons?
- Did the packet surface a constraint the agent would otherwise miss?
- Were the sources inspectable and correctly represented?
- Was the packet concise enough to use?
- Were lineage and regression relationships calibrated?
- Which evidence was missing?
- Did the result reduce manual archaeology or merely move it?
